where health science
and soul
meet
Dr. Christina Kintop is a chiropractor, nutritionist, and fourth-generation healer helping women move through perimenopause and menopause with honesty, care, and community.
When we stop saying “I’m fine,”
the real healing can begin.
An invitation to come as you are
For more than 30 years, I’ve helped women and families feel at home in their bodies. I’ve cared for women and children in my practice, supported families through birth as a doula, and taught childbirth classes. I thought I understood the female body as well as anyone could.
Then menopause hit, and for the first time I didn’t have the answers. In one year I lost my father, faced a new diagnosis, celebrated a daughter’s wedding, and welcomed a grandson. I didn’t recognize the woman in the mirror. It took honest conversations, the right providers, and a circle of strong women to find my way back. Christina Kintop Co. is how I pass that on.

Values
What guides
the work
Whole-person care
Hormones, nutrition, gut health, movement, and mindset all work together. Healing happens mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Community
No woman should go through this alone. Some of the most powerful healing happens when women share their stories and support each other.
Advocacy
We ask hard questions of our providers and push for research, care, and options that actually include women.
Honesty
We talk openly about what women have been taught to keep quiet. No “suck it up,” no “it’s just part of aging.” You deserve real answers.
She is all around us.
She is us.
we are her.
